Biography
The doctoral dissertation of Nerea examines the extent to which family involvement contributes to narrowing down inequalities in social-emotional learning amongst socioeconomically and ethnically diverse students. Family involvement is identified as a mechanism that could explain these differences in social-emotional learning between pupils from different socioeconomic backgrounds. The data collection was carried out through the application of a questionnaire addressed to parents or primary caregivers and children and adolescents from 8 to 17 years old.
