Informal Learning at the Workplace

This project focusses on informal learning, more specifically on conditions for and outcomes of informal learning for an organisation and how organisations can intervene such that (conditions for) informal learning are given more opportunities. On the one hand, this project aims to identify scientific insights. On the other hand, it wants to develop an instrument that organisations can use to stimulate informal learning.
