Margot Joris

Margot Joris is a doctoral assistant affiliated with the Department of Educational Sciences at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Her research mainly focuses on the pedagogical role and responsibility of schools in citizenship education, and in particular on generating theoretical perspectives on and practical insights into how schools can help young people in becoming critical, active democratic citizens.
