David Castro-Garcia

David Castro-Garcia holds a B.S. in Psychology from the National University of Colombia and an M.Sc. in Educational Sciences from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). He is a PhD researcher at the BILD research group from the VUB. He is currently researching the structure and influence of informal teaching advice networks on early-career university teachers' professional development as well as the role of their informal conversations in this influence.
