Eleni Kougentaki

Eleni Kougentaki holds a B.A. in Primary Education from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and an M.Sc. in Educational Sciences from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). As a PhD researcher within the BILD research group, her work will focus on investigating the role of teachers' self-regulated learning in enhancing professional development and improving student learning outcomes. Her research will further explore how self-regulated learning can support school improvement processes and the successful large-scale implementation of educational innovations.
